How can I access these services?

Services can be accessed through self-referral or third-party referral by contacting us: via

  • Email: info@daaustralia.com.au

Disability Assist Australia partners with you and supports you to manage your funding package. All referral enquiries will be responded to by the appropriate manager, who will arrange a time and place to meet with you and discuss your needs and your goals and how our services could support you.

The NDIS self-directed funding model allows participants control over major decisions including which service provider or services you require. We will work with you to develop a personal plan and agree on how we will support you and the nature of the support. We will also be in regular contact with you and regularly review and update your plan to suit your needs.

How it Works?

At a high level, we provide you with the support that you need to build your confidence and maximise your potential, in line with your NDIS approved plan. Working in partnership, we will assist you to explore all your options and apply a creative and effective methodology to help you to manage your funding package and achieve your goals.

Our approach is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach, you are an individual, your aspirations and support requirements will differ to other individuals who we support. We will tailor our support services to meet your needs.

You can decide how much decision-making you will like. We can also assist you to become independent in managing your financial services. Contact us to learn more.
